A Note from Amy

I'll just tell it like it is...I love kids and kids love me. We just click and I think it shows in my images. I am on the preferred photographer list for San Francisco's top model and talent agencies which means that you are in good hands when trusting me with your headshots! I pride myself in delivering a professional, fun experience at the shoot as well as a quality product that creates bookings and opportunities in the acting and modeling industry. As for my shooting style I believe that even when adding a touch of glamour kids should still look like kids. My work is modern and clean with minimal retouching or filters. You'll receive fresh, commercial looking headshots that agencies and casting directors love. The most rewarding aspect of my job is helping people achieve their dreams and goals through providing top level headshots that set them apart from the crowd and showcase their unique spark.  I value that my photographs serve a purpose and I feel a personal investment in the aspirations of everyone! I can't wait to work with you!

SESSION DETAILS

San Francisco Bay Area Locations

I am available for sessions in the Bay Area most every Saturday of each month as well as a few Sundays. I vary the location based on the first bookings that come in for that date. My current shoot locations are the downtown areas of Pleasanton, Martinez, Fremont, Sausalito, Petaluma and Sacramento. 

Sacramento Location

I do shoot in Sacramento a couple of times per month except during June through August due to the high temperatures.

Age Requirements

I’m currently only working with kids ages 5-18. Children must be at least 5 years of age to book a session with me. If your child is not yet 5 please keep me in mind for your future headshot needs. I would love to work with you down the road! Although I used to shoot headshots for adults I have made the decision to keep my business focused on kids which is my specialty and passion.

Hair and Makeup

Hair and makeup is available on site at all of my headshot sessions. I now require that all clients who shot with me add this service for boys and girls of all ages. We bring a generator for styling tools as well as a changing tent for outfit swaps. You will not need to bring any of your own hair or makeup products as everything is provided. Additional details of what hair and makeup entails and why it is important are included in the pricing PDF via email. 

Wardrobe Consultation

Outfit choice is crucial to the success of your headshots. After you have booked your session I will send a list of styling recommendations and ideas. If you bring a variety of choices to the shoot I can consult with you in person and help you decide what will work best with you or your child's skin tone. Some agencies also like to give wardrobe recommendations so please check in with your agent or manager as well.
